We offer lease terms ranging from 9 to 15 months, depending on the specific unit and availability.

Utilities are not bundled with rent and are paid directly by residents.

We love pets! Residents are welcome to have up to two furry companions. There’s a one-time pet fee of $350 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Please note that some breed restrictions may apply—feel free to reach out for details!

The community participates in the Zero Deposit Waiver Program, which eliminates the need for an upfront deposit. Instead, residents pay a non-refundable monthly fee of $35.

We require residents to have renters insurance with at least $100,000 liability coverage.

Yes! Rent payments are simple, secure, and seamless through the RentCafe resident portal.

Parking is available at a rate of $190 per month, per parking pass. The garage is conveniently located directly across from the front of our building.

Yes, we have a maintenance staff on-site and offer 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests, who must adhere to all lease policies while on the property. Guests may not stay for more than 14 consecutive days without prior written approval from management.

The Stahlman is in Davidson County school district and is within 4 minutes or 2.2 miles from Fisk University. We are also near Meharry Medical College and Trevecca Nazarene University.

Yes, there are multiple bus stops within walking distance.

Located in the District  –  heart of Downtown Nashville. Walking distance to Broadway and nearby streets nearing Cumberland River that house the famous restaurants, bars, and live music venues that define Downtown Nashville's reputation for being the home of country music. This lively neighborhood not only offers popular food and drink options at well-known places like Toosties Orchid Lounge, across the street from Ryman Auditorium, but also historic locals like Victory Park. This area is a beautiful memorial with historic landmarks throughout the park such as the statute of Andrew Jackson. The District is also home to the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, War Memorial Auditorium, Nashville Municipal Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and Music City Walk of Fame Park.
