Thank you Brendan for your review! We're glad you love living in the historic Stahlman building. We agree the location is perfect for downtown living.
|Recommended: YesIt's the best place I've lived in Nashville — It's been incredible. From the friendliness of the staff, to the timeliness of fixing every now and then repairs. I haven't lived in a place that I looked forward to coming home to in a long time. Oh and not to mention all the new additions coming this year
Thank you Matthew for your review and kind words. We're happy to have you as a neighbor, and we're happy you love living at The Stahlman.

Thanks for the review Roberto. We're glad you're here! Thank you for choosing The Stahlman!
|Recommended: YesLived at the Stahlman for Two Years — Lived here for two years and would have stayed if I didn't buy a house. It was a great place to live and is probably one of the best locations if you work downtown. I walked to and from work everyday and loved it. Getting to know all the little nooks in downtown Nashville would not have been possible if I didn't live here. Neighbors and staff are great and I never had any problems.
Thanks for the great review Justin! We are happy that you enjoyed your time at the Stahlman. Please keep us in mind if you have friends or family that are looking for a downtown apartment. We wish you the best in your new home!
|Recommended: YesI love this building — This is the perfect location if you want to live downtown. The building is well made. I sometimes wonder if I have neighbors at all it's so quite in the building. It is downtown so there is downtown noise sirens occasional construction noise that can't be controlled. If you love a building with character look no further. It is a beautiful building. The parking is located across the street and is additional to the rent which has not been a problem except the extra cost. The staff is great. I have always worked with Chris he has always been super helpful and quick to respond.
Thank you Debbie for taking time to give us a review and your kind words. We love The Stahlman's character too! -CS
|Recommended: YesGreat downtown living — The Stahlman is a great place to live with an awesome community. It might not have the amenities of newer places, but it makes up for that with its charm and proximity to everything.
Thank You Mary for your review! We are so happy you love The Stahlman!
|Recommended: YesThe Stahlman is Great — The Stahlman is a wonderful building. Great history and nice interior. Unlike other buildings in town, I don't feel like I live in a shoebox with paper thin walls.
Thank you Charles for the review! We are happy that you love The Stahlman Building. Yes, The historic Stahlman is unique and different from other properties you'll see around town. Thank you for being our neighbor!
|Recommended: NoIt's fine, not great — Location is the best part. Maitenance is great. Great views. Lots of changes in ownership and management which seems to be taken out on tenants. Gym is awful. LOTS of issues with getting anything delivered. Parking cards get randomly discontinued without notice. Credit check ran twice resulting in 2 hard hits. No balcony, no rooftop. I see lots of out-of-towners in and out renting from tenants even though it is not allowed. I was excited to move in but now I am just disappointed.
Greetings Nicole, Thank you for taking time to give us a review of The Stahlman Building. We can understand that change is management can be difficult. We have worked hard on building a relationship with our residents and do fun activities once a month. We've hosted brunches, and even a free pizza party. Also, we've held a raffle for a waffle maker. We want our residents to fee free to come to us and we want to help them with anything we can. We know the gym is out of date, and we are currently in the works of finding a contractor to update the gym and the space to give our residents a more complete modern gym. Also, in the works we hope to have a club room for residents to enjoy and where we can host more fun events. If you want to stop by the office to address the parking and credit in private we can. The Stahlman is a historic registered building and has a unique design. It was originally built for offices and the 4th National Bank. So sadly balconies where not part of it's original use. We wold love to have a rooftop amenities but again that is something if possible would be at a later time. Again thank you for your time in writing a review and giving us feedback.

Thank you William for the review!!! We love having you has a neighbor!
|Recommended: YesObviously, I love it since I have been here 10 years — The location is ideal, and The Stahlman is in the middle of everything. There is always something to do, and it is just a short walk away. We have a great view of the Metro Courthouse and the Green across the street. Our unit 2 bedroom corner has a great layout.
|Recommended: YesThe BEST Place That I Have EVER Rented Lived — This place is a rare find - some of the tenants have lived here over a decade and for good reason. The building, itself, is and amazing 1900s solid design with well-fitted floor plans. Neighbors get to know each other quickly and are quiet respectful. The staff J.C. and Manny are phenomenal - both have gone out of their way for me several times and I honestly think that they know everyone in the entire building by name. I've had a single maintenance issue my entire timed there and both the speed of their and professional manner impressed me greatly. The location is amazing and has secure parking right across the street along with a park for my dog. Unless I get relocated for work, I plan be another one of their long-term tenants.
|Recommended: YesLiving at the Stahlman — I like living in an older building that was made to last. Its nice not to have paper thin walls - I dislike hearing my neighbors and I really like quiet neighbors. The building has character, but does need some upgrades the gym is just awful and needs to be moved to a room with windows and the equipment upgraded. I wish the Stahlman had a decent gym so that I did not have to have a separate gym membership. The other item that would be nice is if the building had automatic doors so that a person didn't have to struggle with bags and a shopping cart every time you bring in shopping groceries - this is a huge pain. Also, since we don't have balconies it would be great to be able to sit outside on the roof.
|Recommended: YesIdeally located, convenient — I have been living in the Stahlman for two years now. It is a pleasant experience for people without kids. It is close to Broadway, but yet in a quiet part of town. Everything is close by, even a grocery store at walking distance. You get your own parking beneath the court house. Helpful staff. Good place for the young professional.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we strive hard to make your home as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Please let us know if there is anything we can assist you with now or anytime in your future. Our residents make our jobs all that much nicer.
